Shipping Policy and Cancellations

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

Please allow one to two business days for your order to be packed for shipping.  We do not use an outside company to pack and ship our merchandise, all orders are carefully packed by our small staff in North Carolina.  Although we do our best to ship as soon as possible, sometimes holidays or weather conditions may delay shipping.  

When your order is shipped, you will be notified via email and provided tracking information.  You may then track your shipment.  If you experience any problems or shortages with your shipment, be sure to contact via email  within five days here or call (828) 719-6181.

Transit Time:   

Once your package is shipped, the transit time will depend upon your distance from us.  Currently, we only ship within the United States and transit time generally ranges from one to five business days.  The further you are from North Carolina, the longer it will take for you to receive your package.  Most east coast packages arrive in one to two days, west coast packages two to five days.  Weather and holiday peak seasons can increase transit time, we do our best to ship as quickly as possible to avoid delays.  Carrier delays are out of our control.

Shipping Cost:  Orders over $75 ship free.

Shipping charges for orders under $75 will be calculated and displayed at check out.  

Most orders below $75 ship at a flat rate of 9.95 per order.  

Oversized items below $75 will be calculated at checkout.  Shipping charges vary greatly across the country.  The rate will be based on your distance from us, the weight and size of the package will make a difference in the cost.  The automatic calculation works very well.  However, if a lower cost option is available, we will use it and give the customer an adjustment.

Transit Damages and Breakage:  

We do our best to pack well for safe travel and safe arrival.  We have a great track record. However, despite our best efforts, there is always a risk.  If your package arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.  We will address damage directly with you on a case-by-case basis and work toward a solution.



Orders may be canceled prior to shipping.  To cancel, please email us at as soon as possible to avoid shipment.  You may also contact us by calling or texting  (828) 719-6181.  Once an order is given to the shipping carrier, we are unable to cancel. 

Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of delivery, if unused and in original condition. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned item, less shipping cost.  For more information, please refer to our return policy

Supply Chain Problems:

We only list items on our website that are currently available in our warehouse in the United States.  Items that are in production are not shown until we physically have the merchandise.
